Fashion is one of those concepts that for me has a particularly fined-honed double edge. As a woman, I have struggled all my life not to let my physical presence on the planet be dictated within fashion's narrow and fickle confines. As a visual artist, I'm drawn to its' unfettered celebration of the human body as a geometric and three- dimensional abstraction governed by the same rules as any other work of art.
