Poetry has always intrigued me and eluded me. But of all the verbal arts I think of it as the closest to images.  Perhaps it's the inability to pin down what exactly is meant by a poem that stays with me and leaves me wondering a long time after I've read it. This elusiveness is something that is shared by the visual arts.  The open-natured of both is appealing in that it leaves room to bring one's own world into it. This series is my attempt to bring both these arts together.
